The New York Instance of Servicenow introduced cool awesome Idea Portal functionality to make it easy to capture ideas, collaborate and vote on the ideas that drive innovation and improvement. This functionality enabled a standard workflow for ideation as a standalone business enabler.

HOW ARE YOU MANAGING IDEATION?

I am interested in ServiceNow Idea Portal as an extension to ITSM Centers of Excellence Platforms. It is an excellent use case for encouraging best practice idea development to delivery, with an open platform for review and execution. This level of innovation is so useful for modern centers of excellence.
